Shipping policy

1. Product types

At My Coopy Design, we offer two categories of products:

  1. Digital products (downloadable files)

  2. Physical products made to order (print on demand)

Shipping conditions differ depending on the type of product.

2. Digital products

Delivery

Digital products are available instantly after payment is confirmed.

You will receive:

  • a download link directly after the purchase,

  • an email containing that same link.

No physical item will be shipped for these products.

No shipping costs

Digital downloads incur no shipping costs.

Download problems

If you do not receive your link within minutes of your purchase, please check your spam folder.

3. Physical products (Print on Demand)

Production

Our physical products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are made to order by our printing partners.

Production time is generally 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product and the period.

Shipping

Once your item is made, it is shipped directly from one of our production centers.

Average shipping times are:

  • 5 to 12 business days in Europe

  • 7 to 15 business days internationally

These times may vary depending on:

  • the carrier,

  • the destination,

  • the time of year.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on:

  • the type of product,

  • the destination country,

  • the selected carrier.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped, you receive an email containing a tracking number (if available depending on the product).

4. Orders containing a digital product and a physical product

If your order contains both types of products:

  • the digital product will be accessible immediately;

  • the physical product will follow the usual production and shipping times.

The two types of items may be shipped separately.

5. Shipping delays or problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
In the event of a problem (damaged item, error, package not received), contact us as soon as possible:
