Refund policy
We apply a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Digital products (cards, posters, books and journals in PDF format) are delivered by email and cannot be returned. By confirming your order you accept immediate access to the file and therefore waive the right of withdrawal on these products.
For physical products, please do not send any parcel back before writing to us at contact@mycoopydesign.com. We will give you the return address of the workshop that shipped your order, along with the steps to follow. A parcel returned without prior agreement cannot be processed.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as the instructions for shipping the package.
No return will be accepted without a prior request made to our team.

Damaged items or order errors
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt.
In the event of a defective or damaged item, or an item that does not match your order, contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items may under no circumstances be returned:

Digital products (digital cards, downloadable files, digital content).

Personalized products (custom made items, personalizations, specific prints).

Gift cards.

Items on promotion or on sale.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened.
Please contact us if you have any doubt about the eligibility of your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, to place a new order.
14 day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If you reside in the European Union, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
This right does not apply, however:

to digital products whose performance began immediately after the purchase;

to personalized products, made according to your specifications.
For other physical items, they must be returned in their original condition, unused, with the tags and original packaging.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as your return is received and inspected to confirm whether it is accepted or refused.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
