The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to My Executive Assistant Sàrl-S, a company registered in Luxembourg under number RCS B253073, VAT LU32892772, operating the brand My Coopy Design (hereinafter referred to as “My Coopy Design”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
My Executive Assistant Sàrl-S operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalized shopping experience (hereinafter the “Services”). My Coopy Design is a store powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The Terms of Service below, together with all related policies (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and in particular cover disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you give us your consent to allow any minor dependent of yours to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including to access or browse our online stores, or to purchase any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete, and that you have all the rights necessary to provide that information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, the colors or the appearance of the products may differ from the way they appear on your screen, due to the type of device you use, its settings and its configuration.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or the quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or will be strictly identical to the ones described or rendered in our online stores.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case by case basis.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. My Coopy Design reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until My Coopy Design has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as My Coopy Design may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or a service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, the prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping and handling costs, or any customs or import duties.
The prices displayed in our online stores may differ from the prices offered in physical stores or in other online stores operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services that may affect prices and that are governed by specific terms separate from these. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and your information (email address, card numbers, expiration dates, etc.) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that card, (iii) the amounts charged will be honored by your credit card issuer and (iv) you will pay the amounts due, including shipping and handling costs and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All shipping times are provided as an indication and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or any event beyond our control.
Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, text, visuals, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and sounds, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are the property of My Executive Assistant Sàrl-S / My Coopy Design, its affiliates or its licensors, and are protected by the applicable Luxembourg, European and international laws on copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
These Terms authorize you to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content of the Services without our prior written consent.
Except as expressly stated, nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of My Coopy Design, of Shopify or of third parties. Any unauthorized use of the Services may constitute a violation of applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to My Coopy Design.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of My Coopy Design are trademarks of My Coopy Design or of its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission. The name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. The other names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access, through the Services, to tools offered by third parties that we do not monitor and over which we have no control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranty or condition of any kind and without any endorsement. We disclaim any liability arising from your use of these optional tools.
Any use of these tools by you is entirely at your own responsibility. It is up to you to review the terms applicable to these tools with the relevant third party providers.
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (new tools, new resources, etc.). These new features will also form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain content or links to websites operated by third parties (including embedded third party features). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating this third party content or these third party sites, nor for their accuracy.
If you choose to access these third party sites or content, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm or damages related to your access to third party sites or to your purchase or use of products, services, resources or content offered there.
Please review the policies and practices of third parties carefully and make sure you understand them before entering into a transaction. Any complaint or claim regarding third party products or services must be addressed to the third party concerned.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
My Coopy Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, the sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with My Executive Assistant Sàrl-S, operating the brand My Coopy Design.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and My Coopy Design, including any harm, damage or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim, damage or liability arising from your purchases and transactions with My Coopy Design.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available here (view), and certain personal information is also subject to the Shopify Privacy Policy, available here.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. The information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties (including ones located outside your country of residence) to enable the provision of the Services. SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, publish, send or otherwise transmit ideas, suggestions, reviews, feedback, proposals or other content (collectively, the “Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable and fully royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback on any medium and for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
You represent and warrant that (i) you own or hold all the rights necessary in the Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation related to its submission; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms.
We have no obligation to (1) keep your Feedback confidential; (2) compensate you for it; or (3) respond to it.
We may, without being required to do so, monitor, edit or remove any Feedback that we deem, at our sole discretion, unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes intellectual property rights or these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your Feedback and for its accuracy.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
It may happen that information on or through the Services contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (relating in particular to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping costs, times and availability).
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them, directly or indirectly:
(a) for unlawful or malicious purposes;
(b) to violate any applicable regulation, rule, law or ordinance;
(c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties;

(e) to transmit false or misleading information;
(f) to send content that does not comply with these Terms;
(g) to send junk mail, spam, chain letters or other similar solicitations;
(h) to impersonate a person or an entity; or
(i) to engage in any conduct that, in our view, may harm My Coopy Design, Shopify or users, or expose them to liability.
You also agree not to:
(a) upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code;
(b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services;
(c) collect or track the personal information of others;
(d) send spam, phishing, scraping, etc.;
(e) circumvent or undermine the security features of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your access if we consider that you have violated these prohibitions.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Certain provisions of these Terms (in particular those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, etc.) will continue to apply after termination.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes. We do not guarantee its accuracy, its completeness or its usefulness. Any reliance placed on this information is at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated by My Coopy Design, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Coopy Design, our partners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, as well as Shopify and its affiliates, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, claim or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential) of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or savings, resulting from your use of the Services or of any product obtained through the Services.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Coopy Design, Shopify and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any claim, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (1) your breach of these Terms or of the documents they incorporate; (2) your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will nevertheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the invalid part will be deemed severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies or rules published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreement (oral or written) concerning the use of the Services.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without your consent.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreement under which we provide you with Services are governed by and construed in accordance with Luxembourg law.
Any dispute relating to the Services or to these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
