Because the cards are personalized and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with the regulations covering digital content and made to order products.

We favor materials that last: full grain and nappa leather shaped by hand in Germany, natural knotted cotton certified by TÜV SÜD, Finnish soapstone carved by hand, memory foam recommended by veterinarians. Every product page details the exact composition and origin.

Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, leaving the width of two fingers between the neck and the tape. The size guide appears on every product page. If you are between two sizes, always go with the larger one.

Most of our covers and blankets are machine washable at 30°C (86°F). Leather pieces are cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and take on a natural patina over time. Care details are given on every product page.

Our orthopedic dog beds use a memory foam that spreads weight evenly and relieves pressure points, recommended by veterinarians and physical therapists. It suits senior dogs and dogs prone to joint pain particularly well.

For our dog pieces (LABONI, Labbvenn), allow 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free within France; for the rest of the European Union, costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
For our print on demand products (apparel, mugs), production takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by 5 to 12 business days in transit within Europe.

Digital cards are available everywhere in the world. For our physical pieces, contact us before you order if your delivery country is outside the European Union, and we will find the best solution together.

Physical items that are not personalized come with a 14 day right of withdrawal, then a 30 day return window from the date you receive them, in their original condition. Digital cards, personalized products and opened sealed items cannot be returned. Write to us and we will guide you through every step.

The simplest way is to send the original item back to us; once the return is accepted, you place a new order for the size or the color you want.
